The Superior rooms have a kitchenette with mini bar and fridge and all cooking facilities. The breakfast basket includes (at no cost for the guest): An assortment of cookies, biscuits, freshly packaged toasts and pastries marmalade, Nutella chocolate spread, Italian coffee, instant coffee, tea, milk, mineral water and fruit juices.
The Standard rooms have only a minibar-fridge.
All the rooms have a private bathroom with shower or tub.
 Room-cleaning: every two days.
 Fresh linen and towels (on arrival and midstay) are included in the price.

· Going in the direction of 'Firenze', follow the indications for "Centro - Viali Circonvallazione".

(Milano-Bologna-Venezia on the A1 motorway, Exit at Firenze Nord Certosa)
· Go in the direction of Firenze, passing through the town fraction of Galluzzo, and follow along on Via Senese.
· Keeping to the right you will arrive on Viale Torricelli towards Piazzale Galileo. Turn right on Viale Galileo Galilei.

· At the traffice light, turn right and follow past the army barricks that you will see on your left.
· At the next traffic light turn left and then left again on to Viale Giovine Italia.
